Why did they do this to parents?

Christmas vacation JUST ended January 3rd and because some nutcase behind a job needed to make his mark on something, they screwed up a whole other set of holidays in our school calendar. Today Josh gets out at 12:15 p.m. and we go pick up Drew together. The boys are out of school tomorrow too (what do I DO with them?) Thank goodness Amy called and Jackson wanted Josh to come spend the night (woo hoo) so I'm saved.
