Menu Plan Monday
Well, I haven't participated in a couple of weeks a) because I was having a baby and b) because I was recovering from having a baby and c) because I just didn't have time! However, as I always state, without a plan, I've planned to fail and thus, I have to have a plan this week!
Monday
B: Blueberry waffles, peaches/bananas
L: Sandwiches, chips, apples
D: Turkey/beef meatloaf (Freezer meal), corn, herb oven roasted new potatoes, rolls
Tuesday
B: homemade biscuits, sausage, eggs
L: leftovers/sandwiches
D: Italian shredded roast beef sandwiches (Freezer meal) topped w/mozzarrella cheese and pasta with herbed sauce
Wednesday
B: cereal, fruit, toast, juice
L: Chipotle
D: Tetrazzini, garden salad
Thursday
B: Still researching -- want to do a crock pot breakfast casserole.... trying to find one
L: Grilled cheese, apples, soup
D: Grilled chicken, grilled veggies (zucchini, asparagus, onions, mushrooms, pineapple chunks) and whole wheat rolls
Friday
B: Homemade waffles, fruit, juice
L: Lunch out. Mom's day off!
D: Leftovers
Saturday
B: mini muffins, yogurt/granola, juice
L: Quesadilias
D: Dinner out -- Josh has a football game and we have to be there about 5pm and won't be finished until 7:30ish
Sunday
B: eggs, toast, fresh strawberries and honey
L: OPEN -- one kiddo will be at a birthday party
D: Chicken a la king with homemade biscuits

Your menu sounds so much more interesting then mine. uh Turkey leftovers, turkey rollups, turkey sandwiches, turkey soup! lol
That's a really good idea to plan out all of the days meals. I'm always stumped for our lunches!
I'm impressed you can do this with a new baby in the house - I have no excuse!
yum! I bet you're glad you have those freezer meals now! You're my hero. I still have not done my OAMC. Go you!
