UK Family 'Too Fat to Work'
By MIKE BRODY, MyFox NationalLOS ANGELES - A family of four in England say their weight prevents them from working and they need more government assistance, according to the Daily Telegraph .
Philip Chawner, 53, and his 57-year-old wife Audrey reportedly each weigh 336 pounds and their daughters Emma, 19, and Samantha, 21, weigh 238 pounds and 252 pounds, respectively.
The family receives approximately $31,553 a year in benefits. They claim to spend about $70 a week on groceries and consume 3,000 calories a day.
They say their weight is a hereditary condition. "All that healthy food, like fruit and veg, is too expensive. We're fat because it's in our genes. Our whole family is overweight," Audrey Chawner said.
A 2008 study by Yale's Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity suggests weight bias is as prevalent as racial discrimination.
Step through the web into my life. Read the ramblings of daily existence. My life, though by no means mundane in the overall picture, possesses such poignant moments that sometimes I just shake my head and wonder where the cameras are because it can't be real. Then I realize -- THIS is what it's all about!

Fatties
Well, at least American's aren't the ONLY fatties on the planet... claiming your family is TOO FAT to work and want more benefits? I say get your fat butt off the couch, consume LESS CALORIES -- 3,000 a DAY -- and exercise -- if you consume "real" food rather than over-processed CRAP, you might be surprised how UN-heredity your condition truly is.
