Sunday Stealing

The guys at Sunday Stealing go about the blogosphere finding memes to steal from other blogs. I like to participate so here we go! Cheers to all of us thieves!

23. Are your days fast-paced? It depends if its a sports season or not...but I guess those would just count as insanely busy. So, yes, my days usually are fast-paced.

24. What did you do last night? I ate a fantastic steak dinner at my in-laws. Came home. Nursed a sleepy baby. Went to sleep.

25. Do you use sarcasm? Me? Never!

26. How old will you be turning on your next birthday? 38

27. Are you picky about spelling and grammar? Extremely.

28. Do you get along better with the same sex or the opposite sex? I get along fine with anyone reasonable.

29. Do you watch the news? In the mornings when I'm up nursing Ben but since it usually bums me out, I watch shows I've Tivo'd like Paula Deen.

30. How did you get one of your scars? I had a birthmark removed from my nose when I was a kiddo.

31. Who was the last person to make you mad? Mad? I don't know. It takes an awful lot to make me truly mad. I get annoyed frequently but then I look at that as my problem rather than someone else's...because it's my choice on how I respond to situations.

32. What is the last big thing you purchased? A new swaggar wagon in April.

33. Who would you want to be tied to for 24 hours? No one. I couldn't "hold it" that long.

34. What is a rumour someone has spread about you? When I was in high school, my mother worked in the Youth Investigations section of the Irving Police Department. So, if any kids got in trouble and wound up in my mom's office, they'd frequently try to throw me under the bus with them so as to throw off or lesson the severity of their punishments. I've apparently smoked pot with a lot of kids (never EVER touched that stuff when I was in school.) How absolutely absurd!

35. What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator? Text someone to call for help for me. Use my cell phone to call for help. Duh!

36. T or F: All’s fair in love and war? False.

37. Do you know how to use some words correctly, but not know the meaning? No, I love vocabulary and if I have a question as to its origin or meaning, I simply look it up and then try to use it repeatedly in the next few days to aid in memorization of it.

38. Do you know which US states don’t use Daylight Savings Time? No, and I don't really care either.

39. Do you want a bright yellow ‘06 mustang? Is there something significant about a 2006 Mustang that I am unaware of? On first thought, no. However, if it were free and I had no taxes to pay on it, I'll take any good car to give to Josh for his first car.

40. What’s something you’ve always wanted? To live in Colorado again. To have boys.

41. Would you rather swim in the ocean or a lake? I would rather swim in an ocean, assuming it is crystal clear. The murkiness of a lake really oogies me out! I want to see what is around me.

42. Do you wear a lot of black? Probably. It's slimming. God knows I need any help I can get.

43. Describe your hair: Medium to dark brown, thin but plenty (meaning the strands are thin but I have a lot of hair), straight but styles well, just past shoulder length

44. Where is/are your best friend(s)? Upstairs watching something on tv I'm sure.

I have anxiety about getting trapped in elevators.

I think there's part of Indiana that doesn't use daylight savings time. I find that interesting because it would be really annoying to live there and always be an hour behind. But I suppose it doesn't matter since we don't live there.
